La Cour de justice européenne a rendu un arrêt qui pourrait bouleverser la commercialisation des droits de retransmission des compétitions sportives à la télévision. « C’est peut-être l’arrêt Bosman de l’audiovisuel », indique Philippe Diallo, le directeur général de l’Union des Clubs Professionnels de Football (UCPF), en référence à l’arrêt de 1985 qui a libéralisé en Europe la circulation des joueurs. « Cet arrêt efface la distinction entre la vente des droits domestiques et des droits nationaux ». Saisie par la High Court anglaise, la Cour de justice a jugé qu’interdire l’utilisation de décodeurs étrangers pour regarder des compétitions sportives dans un pays était contraire au droit européen, fondé sur la libre circulation des services. L’arrêt remet en cause les clauses d’exclusivités territoriales, qui justifient le modèle économique des ligues et des chaînes payantes. Ainsi, la Ligue de Football Professionnel vend très cher la diffusion du championnat de Ligue 1 (668 millions d’euros par an) en France, et beaucoup moins cher — 17 millions jusqu’ici — à l’étranger. Mais Canal+, qui débourse 450 millions d’euros par an pour diffuser la Ligue 1 en France, a la garantie que les chaînes étrangères ne peuvent lui faire concurrence sur le territoire.

Comme le dernier US Open, l'Open d'Australie sera diffusé en direct et en intégralité par les chaines Eurosport et Eurosport 2. Début des matches le 16 janvier prochain.

Heureusement que j'avais pris l'abonnement canal plus pour voir les Grands Chelems , j'ai Eurosport mais pas Eurosport 2

Purée moi c'est pareil j'avais pris canal pour le sport et là ils virent tout le tennis

Et même le foot en prend un coup sur canal plus

Oui, c'est désespérant !!!

Je vais me désabonner je crois que je peux en avril et regarder sur les liens que veux-tu, j'en ai marre de payer une fortune pour ne plus rien voir
